Start creating your new topic
Click 'Add a topic' to start your new topic.
Name and brand your topic
Click into the 'Add a topic title' box and type the name of your topic.
Add a block colour or cover image using the buttons at the bottom of 'Add a topic title' to brand your topic.
Cover images should be square, 1242x1242px maximum size.
Story structure
Add part titles to the 'Add a part here' text boxes and select the part durations.
Create as many parts as your story needs.
Think of parts as the sub themes of your story topic. Make the title active or descriptive to help people lean into the topic.
Use the part durations to determine the maximum length of videos created. Two minutes is a good rule of thumb in terms of viewing attention.
Set prompts
Add at least one prompt to the 'Add a prompt here' text boxes for each of your parts.
Create up to five prompts per part to shape your interview framework.
Prompts can be a mix of questions, statements and requests.
Avoid prompts and direct questions that easily allow "yes" or "no" answers!
Review your topic
Check your topic branding, structure and prompts for errors.
Click the pencil icon in the top right of the preview windows to go back and make any changes you need.
Save your topic
Click 'Finish'.
