Remove creator
Sometimes you may need to remove creators from your organisation. This might be for GDPR purposes or to allocate the licence seat to a different user.
Click the 3 dot menu to the right of the creator you wish to remove in the Creators tab of your campaign and select 'Remove from organisation'.
Removing a creator will also delete all of their videos from all campaigns. Download any videos you need to keep before removing a creator!
Confirm removal
Click 'Confirm' to confirm removing the creator.
