Automatic engagements
There are four types of auto-engagement emails active by default when you create a campaign:
Invite to StoryTagger
Invite to Topic
Thank you!
Submission deadline
New story published! is inactive by default when you create a campaign:
TIP: Don't forget to add your logo to brand your emails.
Invite to StoryTagger
The Invite to StoryTagger email is sent to every creator you add in the Creators tab.
It contains a unique weblink for new creators to set up their user account with minimal onboarding.
NOTE: Your campaigns must be set to 'Live' status for invite emails to send.
If you have added creators to specific topics, the topics must be set to 'Active' status for invite emails to send.
Invite to Topic
The Invite to Topic email is sent when an existing creator is added to a campaign.
It notifies creators they have been added to the campaign and encourages them to record their story.
It also contains links to download the mobile storytelling app from the App Store or Google Play, or continue to the desktop storytelling app.
Thank you
The Thank you email is sent when a creator submits their video to StoryTagger.
You can toggle this engagement on or off.
This email thanks your creator for contributing to this specific campaign. It automatically displays their thumbnail photo and story title.
New story published
The New story published! email is sent to active creators in the campaign when a story is published.
You can toggle this engagement on or off on your campaign engagement tab.
This email notifies creators of new stories ready to view in the campaign.
TIP: Turn on auto publishing for stories so creators get notified and immediately have access to newly uploaded stories.
Submission deadline
The Submissions deadline email is sent to creators who have not yet uploaded a story when a topic submission deadline is 24 hours away.
You can toggle this engagement on or off on your campaign engagement tab.
This email notifies creators of the upcoming deadline you've set and reminds them to record their story in time.
