1. Make sure your campaign is live
Before you launch, set your campaign status to 'live'.
This will give you the ability to push all other aspects of your campaign live.
2. Make your topics active
When your campaign is live, you can then set your topics status to 'active'.
This will make topics available to creators in app, so they can use them to record stories.
3. Add a welcome video
Record a simple welcome video to reinforce the purpose of your campaign, the benefits of recording a story and how StoryTagger makes it simple. It's easy to adapt the questions and prompts if you need to.
Publish your video to the story feed so your creators watch this before recording their own.
4. Invite creators
Invite creators so they can start recording stories. This will automatically trigger an invitation email so they can create their accounts.
TIP: Send an initial personal email to brief people in and let them know to expect a system invite.
TIP: Add your logo to campaigns so it appears in the automated StoryTagger invite and reminder mails. This can also be set at an account level so you only need to do it once.
5. Use engagement tools to send simple nudges
To help creators on their storytelling journey, StoryTagger will send automatic emails at key points.

You can also use scheduled engagements for more detailed invitations and reminders.
Plus, set a topic submission deadline to nudge creators before time is up.
