Use topic status to manage the visibility of a topic for creators.
A topic needs to be 'Live' for creators to see it.
In the 'Topics & templates' menu, hover on the selected topic and click the status box to select one of the options below:
Live – Creators can see and use the topic
Draft – Topic is still being designed and creators can't see or use it.
Inactive – Creators cannot see or use the topic.
Archived – Topic is not visible in campaign manager or recording apps
Ready - Auto Publish - Creators will be able to see the topic, but only be able to plan and share their story from the date and time set. (This status is only available once Auto Publish is activated within the topic settings.)
