Use topic status to manage the visibility of a topic for creators.
A topic needs to be 'Active' for creators to see it.
In the 'Topics & templates' menu, hover on the selected topic and click the status box to select one of the options below:
Active – Creators can see and use the topic
Draft – Topic is still being designed and creators can't see or use it.
Inactive – Creators cannot see or use the topic.
Archived – Topic is not visible in campaign manager or recording apps
Auto Publish - Creators will be able to see the topic from the date and time set. (This status is only available once Auto Publish is activated within the topic settings.)
