Videos must be set to ‘Live’ to show in the app.
Find the video you need to publish on the ‘Stories’ tab of your campaign and change its status.
Edit story status
Story status allows you to control the visibility of a story.
To change status, Click the status box next to the relevant story and select one of the options below:
Processed – Story has successfully uploaded to Campaign Manager and is ready to use. (This option will disappear after any other status is selected)
Live – Publish the story and make it visible to Creators
Approved – Story is marked as good to use but is not yet visible to Creators
Offline – Story is not available to Creators
Archived – Story is not viewable in the campaign manager or by Creators
Find the Story status box on the right hand side of the Stories tab of your campaign.
TIP: Turn on auto publishing for stories and 'New story published!' auto engagement emails so creators get notified and immediately have access to newly uploaded stories.
