1. Set up your campaign

StoryTagger makes it quick and easy for you to capture high value and on-point video stories.

The first step is to set up a campaign, named to meet your goal and branded to suit your company or sponsors.

2. Create topics

The next step is to add your topics which will keep your creators on-point and sharing meaningful, structured content.

Topics are interview frameworks which guide your creators and make it simple for them to reflect and share their stories.

StoryTagger has a brilliant library of templates for you to choose from and it's easy to add these to an existing or new campaign.

Or, create your own topics and ask your own questions.

3. Add creators

StoryTagger is designed to make the whole video storytelling process simple for everyone, building confidence and skills as well as capturing brilliant content.

Once your campaign and topic is set up, it's time to add creators so they can use StoryTagger's mobile or desktop apps to start sharing stories

When you add creators, StoryTagger automatically sends an invitation email for them to create their account and log-in.

TIP: Add yourself as a creator first and experience your campaign to be sure it all makes sense.

4. Engage and nudge creators

There's lots of ways to make sharing a story top of your creator's to-do list.

Use StoryTagger's engagement tools to send simple nudges to help encourage and inspire your creators to record.

Keep in touch with them to reinforce why this is important, remind them of deadlines, how their stories will be used and to reach out for any support they require.

5. Share and publish stories

Your creators will upload stories which you can use to create impact in so many ways. It's easy to manage and download stories ready to share on your existing platforms or social media channels.

You can also publish stories back to your campaign cohort in the app. This is brilliant for encouraging more of your creators to record as well as supporting knowledge sharing between creators.
