Who’s involved in delivering a StoryTagger project?

This guide will help you identify and brief the team who will deliver the StoryTagger component of your programme.

Whilst this will vary depending on your own team structure, workflows and target audience there are important roles and responsibilities that will need to be owned. For smaller teams these roles might be the same person. Identify who does what upfront.

All the tasks are straightforward and are likely to be an extension of what each key person does already.
