Creator can't access the campaign using the campaign ID

Updated over a year ago

A campaign ID is a code that creators can use to install a StoryTagger campaign and start creating videos.

If a creator is using a campaign ID rather than being invited through the creator's screen, they must verify their email address.

Adding a Campaign ID will trigger an email being sent to their nominated email address containing a verification link.

The creator must follow the link to complete the verification process before gaining full access to your campaign.

Once verified campaign and topics will display as normal.

TIP: Adding a creator directly to the campaign in the Campaign Manager automatically verifies the user, so this step isn’t necessary.

Support common issues with campaign IDs

  • Campaign IDs are case sensitive, so avoid using letters and numbers that look similar.

  • Make sure creators have clicked on the verification link in their email.

  • If they can't see the verification email check junk/spam folders.

  • Make sure they typed their email address correctly.

Steps for creators to add a campaign ID

Tap the '+' button to open the 'Add campaign' window.

Creators can find the '+' button in the top right corner of the StoryTagger app home screen or see the Campaign code field on the desktop recording app.

Type the campaign ID into the 'Campaign code' field.

Tap 'Let's go' to install the campaign in the mobile app or
Tap '>' next to the form field on the desktop recorder.

If any creators continue to have problems with campaign IDs, please notify us in the chat.
