When you select video stories for download you will receive an email containing a link to download a zip file containing the stories.
Subtitle transcripts and burned in subtitle videos will download directly to your files, please check your download folder.
Some security systems may block access to file and .zip folder downloads.
Sometimes, security restrictions make a zip file appear empty upon opening it.
Tips to solve this
If this happens please check your security settings and make sure that your system permits you to download files and .zip folders. You may need to enquire with your company IT team for help with this.
If your download does not generate at all, please be patient. If you have requested a lot of files the download may take some time to prepare.
