StoryTagger stories can be downloaded in various formats, with different branding options, and hosted on any platform that supports MP4 files.
How to download stories submitted to a campaign
Click 'Stories' tab to display all the submitted stories to your campaign.
Select the stories you wish to download. You can select one or multiple.
Click 'Download' to display the download options.
Click 'Video formats' to view format and branding options.
Standard video format options
1. Square video
Click 'Square' to download an MP4 file in the original 1:1 recorded format.
2. Vertical/portrait video
Click 'Portrait' to download an MP4 file in a portrait 9:16 format. The video is expanded to the full height of the frame, and side bars are hidden.
3. Widescreen/landscape video
Click 'Landscape' to download an MP4 file in a wide 16:9 format. This video retains the original 1:1 square format, and has side bars added that match the brand colour set on your campaign Settings tab.
Branded video options
1. Logo
Select 'Show campaign logo' to display the logo set in your campaign Settings in the top left of the video. The logo is displayed for the duration of the video.
2. Story title and creator name
Select 'Show story title' to display the story title and creator name for a few seconds at the start of the video. The title is displayed on a tint of your campaign colour set in campaign Settings.
3. Set text colour
Select and apply 'Text colour' to change the colour of the story title and creator name to allow for better contrast on different background colours.
Once done Click 'Confirm' and an email will be sent to you containing a download link for your selected videos.
Download 'all parts'
Do you want to create a professional looking montage in your own editing tools? Use the 'All parts' feature to download the individual original parts of each story as they were recorded by the creator.
Click the 'select' dot for any videos you want to download. This will make the 'Download' button appear above the stories list.
The 'Select' dot is to the left of video previews on the Stories tab of your campaign.
Click 'Download' to display the download options.
Click 'All parts' to download your videos.
Once done, an email will be sent to you containing a download link for your selected videos.
