How do I invite people to share their story?

Use this feature to personally invite creators to a campaign. Invited creators don't need to confirm their email addresses and will have instant access to your campaign once they've set up their StoryTagger account.

Invited creators receive an automated email from StoryTagger that you can preview on the Engagement tab.

​Click 'Add creators' and select 'Add new creators' to open the 'Add new creators to...' window.

Find the 'Add creators' button on the Creators tab of your campaign.

Enter the 'First name', 'Last name' and 'Email address' of your curator, then select which topics they will have access to from the 'Select topic' menu.

Click '+ Add new creators' to add more lines of creators

Within your plan limits, you can add as many creators as you wish in one 'Add creators to...' window.

Click 'Confirm' to invite the contacts you've added.

Creators will automatically receive an email inviting them to set up their account.

Use this feature to invite larger cohorts of creators to your campaign using the 'Import from CSV' file function.

​Click 'Add creators' and select 'Import from CSV' to open the 'Import creators' window.

Find the 'Add creators' button on the Stories tab of your campaign.

Click 'this CSV template' to download the CSV template.

Add the 'First name', 'Last name', and 'Email address' to the columns in the template.

Do not change the formatting of the template layout.

Save your CSV file, making sure you keep the .csv file format when saving.

Click 'Browse' and find your CSV file in the uploader window that launches.

Or drag the file into the 'Import creators' window from your computer files window.

Click 'Confirm'.

​Everyone listed on the CSV file has been added automatically and will receive an email inviting them to set up their account.

A campaign ID is a code that you can use to install a StoryTagger campaign and start creating videos. It's included in your invite email.

You can also obtain a campaign ID from your StoryTagger campaign contact or facilitator. This contact will also receive a notification when you upload your story.

Some organisations use StoryTagger campaign ID's at public events or conferences when they don't have specific people to invite.

Tap the '+' button to open the 'Add campaign' window.

Find the '+' button in the top right corner of the StoryTagger app home screen.

Type your campaign ID into the 'Campaign code' field.

Tap 'Let's go' to install the campaign.
