Add new creators by CSV
Use this feature to invite larger numbers of creators to your campaign using 'Import from CSV'.
Click 'Add creators' and select 'Import from CSV' to open the 'Import creators' window.
You can find the 'Add creators' button on the Stories tab of your campaign.
Download the CSV template
Click 'this CSV template' to download the CSV template or download using the button below:
Add your creator details to the template
Add the 'First name', 'Last name', and 'Email address' to the columns in the template.
Do not change the formatting of the template layout.
Tip: Where possible, please add creators using a business email address for improved deliverability.
Save your spreadsheet
Save your CSV file and make sure you keep the .csv file format when saving.
Upload your CSV file to campaign manager
Click 'Browse' and find your CSV file in the uploader window that launches.
Or drag the file into the 'Import creators' window from your computer files window.
Invite your new creators
Click 'Confirm'.
Everyone listed on the CSV file will automatically be sent an invitation to submit a story to this campaign.
Creators new to StoryTagger will automatically receive an email inviting them to set up their account first.
Troubleshooting CSV uploads
If you get an error message when uploading your CSV file it's usually due to one of the following issues:
Title row deleted - Please don't remove the first row that's included in the template which includes: first_name,last_name,email
Spaces or linebreaks - If your spreadsheet has any spaces or linebreaks carried over from copy/pasting data this can cause the import to break. Please check your CSV file in a text editor and delete any rogue spaces.
Not using Template File - Please use the CSV template file we provide to bulk upload creators.
