Branded videos use a white background so make sure your logo is uploaded in colour to help it show up.
Follow the instructions on this guide to make sure your logo is the right format:
Edit branded video logo
Use the branded video logo to style the appearance of branded videos.
To edit your logo click the 'pencil' icon in the top right corner of the logo for branded videos window.
You can find the logo for branded videos window on the Settings tab of your campaign.
Remove the current logo.
Click the 'delete' icon in the top right of the logo for branded videos window to remove the current logo.
Add the new logo
Click the 'image' icon in the bottom right corner of the logo for branded videos window and click 'browse'.
Select your new logo from your computer files, or drag the image file into the logo for branded videos window.
Logos should be 1366x768px maximum size.
Save your new logo
Once your new logo is in place click 'confirm'.
Tip: Set default branding on your organisation settings page.
