Log out of StoryTagger
To change your password you must be logged out of StoryTagger.
Request password reset
Tap 'Forgot password?' to open the 'Forgot your password screen'.
Enter email
Tap into the 'Email' field and type the email address connected to your creator account.
Tap 'Send' to send your password reset email.
Follow your password reset link
Check your email for the password reset email.
Click the link to open the 'Set password' web page.
Set password
Enter your email address in the 'Email' field.
Create a new password and type it into the 'Password' field.
Type your new password again into the 'Confirm password' field.
Confirm your new password
Click 'Confirm' to save your new password.
Congratulations! you have changed your password.
