I can't start a recording
If the 'Record' button is unresponsive and does not start recording, check the following and make sure:
You're accessing StoryTagger's desktop recording app through Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. These are currently the only web browsers StoryTagger fully supports.
You've selected a camera from the drop down camera selection box to the bottom right of the screen.
You've selected a microphone from the drop down microphone selection box to the bottom right of the screen.
My record button is 'Greyed Out'
If the record button is not active, you may need to reset your browser permissions to allow access to your camera and microphone.
Follow the steps below to reset permissions in your browser, then refresh the page:
Google Chrome:
Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
Select Site settings.
Click Reset permissions and reload the site.

Microsoft Edge:
Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
Select Permissions for this site.
Click Reset permissions and reload the site.
When prompted, make sure to allow StoryTagger access to your camera and microphone.
