How to record and submit your story

Sharing your story is simple with the StoryTagger mobile app.

Don’t worry if you've not done anything like this before. StoryTagger will guide you through a simple step-by-step process.

This short guide will show you what to do next.

First, create an account by using the same email address as your invitation.

If you didn't get invited to a specific campaign, then you can use any email address.

Tap to explore ‘Campaigns’ available to you. If you have a Campaign ID, add it here.

Watch the welcome video or any published ‘Stories’ in the video feed to hear what others are talking about.

Tap 'Start your story' to continue.

Select the topic for the story you'd like to share by tapping on it.

Before you start recording, preview the story structure and plan what you’d like to talk about. Keep an eye on how much time you have to film each part e.g. Max 30s.

Select the prompts that help you tell your story. You can then add notes or even a short script to remind you of your key points while you’re recording your story.

Move to a quiet, well-lit area where you feel comfortable. StoryTagger’s smart recording tools will help get your sound, lighting and framing just right.

All you need to do is focus on telling your story by swiping through your prompts. When you've finished, tap the screen or swipe past your last prompt to stop the recording.

Preview each part and re-record as many times as you like. You can record the parts in any order.

Give your story a simple title that lets viewers know what it’s about.

Select a thumbnail, refreshing until you find one you're happy with. Confirm your selection by tapping the tick.

You can watch a final preview of your whole video before you submit your story by tapping the upwards arrow.

Once you're ready to 'Submit your story' just tap the tick.

Congratulations you've completed your first story!
