If your app isn't showing the latest content during testing, please read on for why this is and what you can do:
Story planning has already started
The StoryTagger app protects creators from unexpected changes. Once a story has been started, any changes made by a curator will not be displayed.
Mobile app: Tap ‘Remove’ your story using the three-dot menu on the Parts screen.
Web app: Use the 'Remove' button on the desktop app on the story planning screen.
What to do if the latest topic content hasn't been downloaded.
StoryTagger should automatically download the latest content, but sometimes this can't happen.
Mobile app: Return to the main campaign feed and drag down the list. This will force StoryTagger to update. Alternatively, navigate to the main menu, tap 'Campaigns' and try again.
Web app: This step is not required on the desktop recorder.
